New Retractable Awning Installation
From 9 feet up to 20 feet long
We offer Standard Open Roll’s which is our Premium Retractable Awnings & also the Premium Plus Cassette awnings which closes in a inclosed case to protect against inclimate weather.
Each awning is motorized and plug-in that comes with a remote that is specifically programmed to your awning..
Each motor in awning comes with a 5 year warranty.
All fabric on awning comes with 10 year warranty. The warranty for both motor and fabric and frame does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages.
Retractable Tune-up Service Call
Check the movements of your retractable awning to make sure it’s in great condition while extending its life with these maintenance steps we take, such as adding Lubrications to the moving joint, leveling the awning to give you the perfect pitch and balance. And making sure everything bracket pin is tight.
Retractable Assessment Service Call
Motor or Fabric or Frame investigation of possible repairs that are needed. Which comes with a quote of anything needed to get you awning back up and running.
Retractable Movement
1) Awning Disposal( We charge based off of the size of your awning that you no longer want on your home and dispose of it for you & also use caulk or tar to fill the holes in your siding or roof from the bolts that kept the retractable awning secure.)
2) Awning Takedown ( If you need your awning taken down temporarily for maintenance to house or backyard. No we do not bring retractable awnings back with us or store them while your home is under construction. We also take down retractable awnings to move to your new home or to another location but there is also a reinstall fee. )
3)Awning Re-install (if you would like us to reinstall your retractable awning on your home or another location With this service we rehang with the same parts that your awning was installed with originally)
